What you should know about RV Warranty

At Big Daddy RVs, we will perform service, warranty and non-warranty, on your Forest River RV, Keystone RV, Heartland RV or Palomino RV regardless of where you bought the camper.

Big Daddy RV's is an authorized Keystone, Heartland, Forest River and Gulfstream Service and warranty center. We service what we sale. If you have a warranty issue you can bring your camepr to us and we will fix it. There are hundreds of authorized service centers across the US and Canada that can do the same for you. Big Daddy RV's is not responsible for other dealers that are misleading with service quotes and prices. We are not responsible for what other dealers charge for service. RV Warranty Forever„¢ Component Coverage

Many customers wonder about the type of components under the RV Warranty Forever„¢ program. For complete details on the components covered, check out the details below!


SUSPENSION COMPONENTS

Leaf and coil springs, shackles and bushings, and rubber suspension springs.
BRAKE COMPONENTS

Wheel cylinders, calipers, electric brake magnets, and hydraulic tubing and metal fittings. 
WATER SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Hot water tank, burner assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, electronic ignition assembly, PC board, heating system, shower, assembly, toilet, sink, holding tanks, gate valves, macerator pump, water pump, faucets, traps, fittings, and water lines.
AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS
Compressor, evaporator, condenser, capacitors, relays, expansion valve, control module and panel, reversing valve, blower fan and motor, and PC board. Coverage does not apply to motorhome chassis AC system. 

KITCHEN CENTER COMPONENTS
Range/oven burner assembly, burner valves, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, convection oven, thermostat, thermocouple, burner, igniter, and PC board.

LP GAS SYSTEM
Gas regulators, gas tanks, gas valves, tank gauges, and LP lines and fittings. 

HEATING SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Furnace igniter, burner assembly, gas valve, gas leak detector, thermostat, thermocouple, blower motor, and PC board. 

DELUXE APPLIANCES

Maintenance Requirements
Maintenance Requirements
RV Warranty Forever will pay for repairs to the stated and covered components of your travel trailer or motorhome, which are outlined in the RV Warranty Forever„¢ agreement, for as long as you own it. Simply follow the maintenance guidelines outlined below and the components are covered forever!

Travel Trailers: 

On an annual basis, you must perform the following maintenance 

1. Inspect roof and seal where necessary
2. Axle and hub lube

3.  Furnace - annually inspect and clean blower and combustion chamber. Control compartment, 
remove any dust, lint, and obstructions. Test for gas line leaks. 

4. Hot water heater - flush holding tank, manually operate pressure temperature relief valve, and 
clean burner tube as outlined by the manufacturer. 

Motorhomes: 

On an annual basis, you must perform the following maintenance 

1. Inspect and seal roof where necessary
2. Axle and hub lube

3.  Furnace - annually inspect and clean blower and combustion chamber. Control compartment, 
remove any dust, lint, and obstructions. Test for gas line leaks. 

4. Hot water heater - flush holding tank, manually operate pressure temperature relief valve, and 
clean burner tube as outlined by the manufacturer. 

5. Lubricate suspension - grease front and rear suspension components, including but not limited to, axle bearings,  tie rods, control arms, and break camshaft brackets (motorhomes only).
